WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Known internally as a 'Probate Beneficiary Contact', the Customer Service Care Contact is a key role within the busy Probate team here at Move With Us with key activities as follows:

  • Managing beneficiaries’ requests and providing good customer service
  • Promoting and converting each property from valuations to an instruction for one or more of our services
  • Working with existing and new client’s requirements, including direct contact with our client
  • Communicating with the client and other relevant groups in relation to the sale strategy
  • Offer negotiation and system completion
  • Adhere to the SLA for tasks assigned with the role
  • Providing cover on other caseloads during holiday and sickness periods

REQUIREMENTS 

And now for the nitty gritty: 

To be successful in this role you’ll need to be a people person with good relationship building, sales, and customer service skills, and confidence speaking to people in a professional yet friendly manner in-person, by email, and on the phone.

Hitting (and ideally exceeding) targets should be something that excites you.

A good overall standard of education ie, passes at GCSE or equivalent certifications in English and Maths, and intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office is an important foundation for this role.

You will enjoy solving problems, thinking on your feet, multi-tasking, and a very busy working environment

You will need to be able to to demonstrate some knowledge or interest of the Property sector and a desire to build your career in this sphere.
