This Administrator vacancy (known internally as a Maintenance Administrator), sits within the Maintenance team at Move With Us - part of Simplify - working alongside the Property Sales Probate division.

Managing their tasks in an exemplary manner, encompassing best practices, and ensuring targets and SLAs are achieved, the Maintenance Administrator is a highly valued member of our team!

With training provided, you’ll be tasked with the following role responsibilities:

• Delivering effective communication to clients and contractors
• Receiving and understanding instructions from the client
• Booking contractors to attend the Repossession/ Maintenance works
• Meet clients expectations to ensure all accounts are met to their satisfaction
• Supplying comprehensive reports with supporting photographs
• Promote Move With Us services to new and existing clients
• Introducing new contractors to the Move With Us panel

REQUIREMENTS

And now for the nitty gritty:

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have strong administration skills and be confident juggling multiple tasks and conflicting priorities.

You will possess excellent communication and relationship building skills and be happy dealing with an array of people, both internal and external to the business via the telephone, email and face to face in a professional and positive manner.

Your IT proficiency will include the full Microsoft suite (especially Word, Excel and Outlook), databases and spreadsheets, with an aptitude for learning new systems and processes quickly

You should have some experience of working within a busy, target driven environment.
