Salary & Bonus

• Base salary: From £30,000 (DOE)
• Bonus: Up to £18,000 annually
• Top performers: Earn up to £65,000 per year

Your Role as a Conveyancer

As an experienced Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload including:

• Freehold
• Leasehold
• Shared ownership
• New build
• More complex matters

With specialist teams and modern technology behind you, you’ll be empowered to deliver great service and achieve strong results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 90+ files (depending on experience)
• Progress all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
• Maintain high service standards while achieving completion targets
• Provide guidance and collaborate with colleagues

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience handling a high‑volume residential conveyancing caseload
• Strong IT skills and experience using case management systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable working to targets and deadlines in a busy environment
