Salary & Bonus

• Base salary: From £30,000 (DOE)
• Bonus: Up to £18,000 annually
• Top performers: Up to £65,000 per year

Your Role as a Conveyancer

You’ll manage a diverse caseload and deliver an exceptional customer experience across:

• Freehold
• Leasehold
• Shared ownership
• New build
• More complex transactions

Full support is provided — from technology to specialist teams — helping you focus on quality, communication, and progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 90+ files (depending on experience)
• Handle all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
• Maintain high service standards and meet completion targets
• Collaborate with colleagues and provide guidance where needed

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience managing a high‑volume residential conveyancing caseload
• Strong IT skills and experience with case management systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
