What You'll Be Doing
The role involves the development and customisation of Visualfiles to enhance processes including:
• Workflows
• Screens
• Document production
• To create and maintain user documentation including release notes, user guides, best practice guidelines.
• System testing and support of user testing
Key Responsibilities
Planning, managing and outcomes / deliverables from concept to transition into support.
Delivering documentation such as HLD, LLD, implementation documents and knowledgebase articles
Handover of outcomes / deliverables to colleagues within the team (both on-shore and off-shore)
Driving improvement and innovation, challenging current technologies, processes and behaviours
Ensuring availability, Integrity and confidentiality of Digital and Change services to ensure SLAs and KPIs are maintained
Maintain the application to ensure the correct versions of precedents, templates, documents and updates are available to the users
Acting as an escalation point for Service Desk / 2nd line support functions and escalate any items which have not been dealt with satisfactorily or in accordance with departmental procedures
Undertaking all activities with a primary focus on user experience and operational efficiencies
Identifying automation opportunities
Ensuring systems are adhering to technical policies and processes to ensure systems remain compliant and secure
Working with third party strategic partners
Enhance the product workflows, documents and data screens via a cycle of requirements gathering, configuration, testing, user training and rollout
Ensure that prior to implementation all document changes are approved by Compliance and CAB
Liaise with key managers to ensure that the system is delivering required functionality
Arrange the user acceptance testing (UAT) prior to any significant update and manage any issues that are found to resolution
Assist with the preparation of notes, user guides and manuals as required

Whilst not essential, we are especially keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate relevant expertise with Service Now Help Desk/Change software, Microsoft Teams, JIRA, XML, and SQL also.
