We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven New Business Development Manager ( Hunter) to help us expand our presence within the estate agent sector. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in growing our business and building lasting relationships with estate agents across the UK.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement a growth strategy to acquire new business from estate agents and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Build strong relationships with estate agents, ensuring Simplify’s solutions are top of mind for their conveyancing and property service needs.
- Drive sales growth by effectively negotiating and closing deals with new estate agency clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings, ensuring Simplify remains a market leader.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in New Business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the estate agent, conveyancing, or property services sector.
- A strong network within the estate agent industry, with the ability to identify opportunities and build meaningful relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A results-driven, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
- A passion for delivering excellent service and helping clients find the best solutions.
